By the end of three years, PROCESS Panay has accomplished the following:

  • Seven (7) organizational leaders/BOT trained on Leadership and Management
  • Nine (9) staff (six from PROCESS Panay and three from BKRC) trained on Organizational Management, etc.
  • Ten (10) Institutional volunteers trained on Orientation on PROCESS Panay, Basics of Community Organizing, etc
  • Number of incentives, awards and recognition provided in 3 years
  • 150 volunteers and interns recruited
  • Functional structure reviewed yearly
  • Operational systems and policies followed by management and staff

GOAL 2

To establish strong organizations of community paralegals/volunteers

STRATEGIES

  • 2.1. Rights-based community organizing
  • 2.2. Capacity building

SUCCESS INDICATORS

By the end of three years, PROCESS Panay has accomplished the following:

  • 100-150 paralegal/volunteers organized
  • 100-150 leaders from 10 federations (10-15/federation) trained on

GOAL 3

To influence local legislations advancing the interest of the following marginalized sectors: Ips, Migrant workers, Women, Children, Farmers, Fisherfolk

  • 3.1. Trainer’s training on advocacy
  • 3.2. Information education campaign (IEC)
  • 3.3. Lobbying and advocacy activities

  • Number of staff/leaders given Trainer's trained on advocacy
  • Number of IEC materials produced per sectoral legislation (6 sets)
  • 6 local legislations (ordinances, etc), one per sector, are passed

GOAL 4

To generate financial resources for all its programs

STRATEGIES

  • 4.1. Grant proposal writing

  • At least 3 Project Proposals submitted per year and with concrete funding commitment
  • Number of IEC materials produced per sectoral legislation (6 sets)
  • 6 local legislations (ordinances, etc), one per sector, are passed

GOAL 5

To facilitate and develop BKRC into a Profitable Social Enterprise

STRATEGIES

  • 5.1. Business Plan that includes Social Marketing component
  • 5.2. Enterprise development of BKRC as consolidators of Products
  • 5.3. Encourage mass production of products (Bandi, Organic Fertilizers, Turmeric Tea, Herbal Tea, Chemical Free Products, vinegar & Farm Inputs)
  • 5.4. Social marketing of BKRC products
