Participatory Research Organization of Communities and Education towards Struggle for Self-reliance (PROCESS) Foundation is an independent, non-profit, non-government organization which aims to create and establish strong peoples organizations, building their capabilities, and harness their own potential for participatory and self-reliant development.

A transformed and empowered communities in a just, humane, peaceful, and God-loving society, living in a sustainable and ecologically sounds environment.

To empower the grasssroots and deprived sectors of our society to increasingly take control of their own destinies. To develop PROCESS’ effectiveness, efficiency, and efficacy in the delivery of services and transfer of skills to its partner beneficiaries.

We believe in doing things right – openly, efficiently, and with integrity. Everyone is part of the decision-making, ensuring fairness. Our goal is to serve well, harm none, and be inclusive, embracing values of love, patriotism, and effectiveness.

BOARD CHAIRPERSON

The formulation of the Strategic Plan, 2024-2026 for PROCESS Foundation-Panay, Inc. involved active participation from the Board of Trustees and staff, ensuring realistic goals aligned with community needs. Approved unanimously in August 2023, the plan reflects a culmination of a thorough process initiated in August 2022. It provides a framework guiding PROCESS Panay in navigating challenges and capitalizing on opportunities, with a focus on rural community education, support, and inspiration. The organization’s vision emphasizes sustainability and community development, rooted in values such as good governance, transparency, and inclusiveness. The strategic plan outlines goals in Expansion, Institution Strengthening, Advocacy Improvement, and Resource Development for enhanced service delivery and community involvement. The successful execution of this plan aims for improved quality of support, increased community participation, and expanded resources for sustained development.
