Legal Resource Development (LRD) Program
For the law to be just, it must protect the interest of the underprivileged. To help realize this, the LRDP works with marginalized communities and sectors, helping them understand the laws that affect their lives and the larger society they live in.
Through informal legal education and training on para-legal skills, rural communities become more aware of their rights and develop among themselves legal catalysts they can call their own.
In support of popular legislative initiatives and reform in the legal system, the LRDP recruits legal resources and support teams from legal professionals and students.
